Please use this form to submit any maintenance requests for your residence. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. For non-emergency issues, a member of our team will respond within 24 business hours.
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, photos and/or video are required for all maintenance submissions. This helps us better understand the problem and send the right solution.
If you have an urgent maintenance issue that cannot wait until the next business day but is not life-threatening you can call or text us anytime at (704-274-3442)
Examples of urgent (but not life-threatening) issues include:
- Major water leaks or flooding
- No heat or air conditioning during extreme temperatures
- Power outages (not caused by the utility company)
- Broken exterior doors or windows affecting security
